What do you need to bring a successful digital product to life?
When all the available project documentation is in our hands, we start by scheduling meetings with the company’s team, where we interview key stakeholders, collaborate on requirements, as well as ideate and create a plan for the next steps.
Based on the Discovery & Research insights, the next step is to synthesize a digital strategy and define a UX approach to drive our Design and Strategy process. This will allow us to explore all the different insights and concepts that emerged, in order to establish information architecture, key screen layouts, and design direction. We then validate the resulting concept with the client and once the feedback is done, next steps are defined.
In projects when the product already exists, we start by identifying new opportunities for improvements, based on our deep-dive discovery and research results. In all cases we review competitor products, search for visual design references and apply best practices.
After presenting the concepts, insights and Big Idea that emerged on the Discovery & Research Phase, the deliverables roadmap will be co-created between the UX Research team and the client in order to be aligned with the company’s business strategy for the following months.
